(Music of the Enthusiasts)

Music of the Enthusiasts, 简称MotE，作为华盛顿大学西雅图分校的学生社团，是西雅图地区唯一由学生创办组织的华人合唱团。Mote原意尘埃微粒，又音通Note，取其音符的含义。小小的微尘聚在一起，构成了大千世界；小小的音符汇在一起，幻化成了美妙的音乐。2019年春天创立至今，MotE排演了许多经典合唱曲目，也改编了流行歌曲和纯人声阿卡贝拉。二十余名常驻成员、专业的学生指挥、作曲和钢琴伴奏…我们之中不仅有校内本科和研究生项目的同学，更有来自西雅图地区热爱音乐的校外朋友。

MotE, Music of the Enthusiasts, is a registered student organization at the University of Washington. MotE is the only student-lead Chinese choir group in Seattle.

Established in 2019 and until now, MotE has performed a wide range of classical choir songs and practiced popular music and Acapella. Supported by more than 20 active members, MotE includes a professional student conductor, composer, and piano player. Our members are not solely undergraduate and graduate students: MotE also embraces music enthusiasts in Seattle.
